The newest version of Dentrix includes these features:

  • Payment Agreement Manager
  • Credit Card Payment Type on Insurance Claims

Payment Agreement Manager

A Payment Agreement Manager was created to show all the Payment Agreements. It allows for filtering, payment entry without having to go through the Ledger, and many sort options. In the Payment Agreements, the Payment Agreement Notes have been upgraded so that they are easier to navigate and edit.

Credit Card Payment Type on Insurance Claims

Credit cards can now be selected as a payment type when entering an insurance payment. The batch insurance feature also has this added ability. The Day Sheet, deposit slips, and Practice Analysis Payment Summary will show that a credit card was used for insurance payments.
