Signature Manager
Note: Additional improvements were introduced to Signature Manager in the February 2023 release.
It should be easy to see what clinical notes are missing, unsigned, or signed.
Signature Manager lets you sort by date range, by provider, and by note status. New navigation gives easy access to patient information.
A provider can now sign multiple notes with one signature!
Insurance Claims Status Notes Improvements
New easier-to-use interface, with improved visibility of notes and faster access to adding or editing them.
Increased Character Counts
Dentrix now offers more room to be descriptive in the following areas:
- Fee Schedule Names (increased from 7 characters to 50)
- Treatment Plan Case Notes (increased from 4,000 characters to 8,000)
- Treatment Plan Informed Consent Forms (increased from 5,000 characters to 10,000)
- Patient Alert description (increased from 16 characters to 64)
- Medical conditions, allergies, and medications (increased from 20 characters to 80)
QuickBill Improvements
The following features added to the Electronic Billing Submission History:
- The total amount billed shown for all views
- Filter added to include statements generated but not sent electronically
