What's New in Dentrix

New features to help your team be more productive and more profitable.

The newest version of Dentrix includes these features:

Claims Manager (Beta Preview)

Tracking outstanding insurance claims is much simpler using the new Claims Manager! Claims Manager shows a total list of outstanding claims by specified date range and displays customizable columns of information. From a single location, you can select a claim to view claim details, add or edit claim statuses, and open more information about the patient or the insurance plan by navigating to other relevant insurance-related modules, saving you time and clicks.

The Claims Manager is being released as a beta preview. While some of the functionality is still being worked on, we just couldn’t wait to let you try it out and begin increasing your productivity in claim management!

Find the Claims Manager icon in the Office Manager and the Ledger.

New Look for the Update Manager

Enjoy a more straightforward interface with the Update Manager’s new look and feel. We’ve made it easier to see which updates are available and to set up your update schedule.

Office Journal Default Date Range

In the Office Journal, you can set a default date range of history to look at each time the window opens. Defaults are customizable between 1 – 5 years back.
