Automatically Process Due Payment Agreements (23.6)
In the Reports and Task Scheduler, you can set a task to automatically process due payment agreements with an attached saved credit card.
Allowed Amounts Improvements (23.6)
Allowed Amounts estimates displayed in the Ledger show “NA” when not used.
Patient Walkout Statements will reflect correct balances when using Allowed Amounts.
Dentrix Smart Image (23.6)
This release of Dentrix also includes an update to Dentrix Smart Image 2.9.
With this updated version of Dentrix Smart Image, users of Dentrix Detect AI can now hide and show individual findings, or all detections within a category (caries, radiographic bone levels, and root tips).
Search Procedure Codes Improvements (23.6)
Added the ability to search for procedure codes is available within the edit and delete procedure code windows of the Ledger and the Patient Chart.
Custom Benefit Maximum Indicator (23.6)
Family File now displays up to two user-created Maximum categories.
Electronic Statements from Batch Insurance Payment Window (23.7)
When you generate billing statements from the Batch Insurance Payment window and send those statements for electronic processing through QuickBill Premium, Dentrix will send all of the statements together as a group, rather than individually. This allows you to verify the statements together in a batch, rather than approve them one by one.
Provider Settings for Missing Clinical Notes (23.7)
You have the option to choose whether the Appointment Book’s Clinical Note Count and the Signature Manager calculate missing appointments by considering both the Appointment Provider and the Add’l Appointment Provider (the previous default setting), or only consider the Appointment Provider.
