The June 2025 releases of Dentrix include the following features:

Family File (Beta only)
- You can now add or edit a patient’s emergency contact information from the Emergency Contact card.
- The new Upcoming Appointments card shows the patient’s next two upcoming appointments.
- You can now navigate through the Family File controls with the Tab key.
- You can now view and revert any updates from Dentrix Forms to the fields in the Patient Information card.
Miscellaneous Features
- You can now remove expired Certificate Authority Public (CAP) keys from payment device configuration files.
- You can now view a new Saved Cards Report to monitor expiration dates.
- In the Treatment Planner, you can now select the reason a procedure was rejected from a menu, and a Reason column now appears in the Case Status History table.
- The Birthday field in the Add New Patient dialog box now uses the Microsoft Windows short date format.
Bug Fixes
- After you posted insurance payments, payment totals were incorrect. (25.11)
- If you changed a furcation grade during a Perio exam, the new entry did not change to boldface type. (25.11)
- Prerequisites were installed regardless of whether they were already installed. (25.11)
- Claim Status notes were incorrectly grayed out in the Insurance Claim window. (25.11)
- You could archive the head of household even if other family members patient status was still active. (25.11)
- The Appointment Book sometimes stopped responding if you created an appointment and then switched days. (25.11)
- Some files were not updated when hotfixes were installed. (25.11)
- An error incorrectly occurred when you created patients from the Appointment Book. (25.11)
- The Document Center quit previewing, locked up, or failed to import large files. (25.12)
- The Batch Insurance Payment Entry window only displayed legacy notes in the Claim Status Note text box. (25.12)
- If an additional insurance payment was added to a claim with an existing insurance payment in history, and the additional insurance payment was backdated to the same date as the existing insurance payment, the additional insurance payment was incorrectly added to history. (25.12)
- After a server migration from an unsupported operating system, automatic updates failed to install for 30 days. (25.12)
- Importing eligibility benefits was too slow. (25.12)
- In the Preferences dialog box, the options listed in the Additional Print Options box were misaligned. (25.12)
- Some claim adjustment reason codes were incorrectly omitted from ERAs. (25.12)
