- Ability to select a ‘Other’ gender in Dentrix
- Questionnaires, eClaims, and printed claims have a third-gender option
Insurance Estimate Improvements
Recently included information for Insurance Estimates:
• Partially paid claims
• Improve PPO estimates using Allowed Amounts
• Remaining Estimate for partially paid claims shows on the claim window
• The Itemize Payment window shows a brief explanation of how the Amount was calculated and allows for a quicker workflow to update Paid and Allowed Amounts
