Signature Manager / Clinical Notes
Note: Additional improvements were introduced to Signature Manager in the December 2022 release.
The Signature Manager is a new interactive module that displays a list of the clinical notes for today’s appointments and makes it easy to determine which clinical notes are missing, unsigned, or signed.
New Feature: QuickBill Mail Pay from Print
Your patient should find it easy and fast to pay their bill, regardless of if they are receiving a paper or an electronic statement.
- Added the ability for patients to make payments online from a URL printed on statements sent using QuickBill Mail.
- Added ability to enter and register a Worldpay merchant account for the QuickBill Mail feature from QuickBill Setup.
QuickBill improvements
- Added the ability to export the Electronic Statement Submission History list as a .csv file
Dentrix Pay improvements
- Added ability to open the Ledger for a selected patient’s payment in the Import Online Payments dialog box.
- Added a column to the Import Online Payments dialog box to show the import status (“Not Imported” or “Imported”) for each payment that is listed.
Payment Agreement improvements
A new setting was added to suspend/hide the payment agreement due notifications so that they are only displayed on workstations where payment agreements that are due will be processed.
Dentrix Version Changes
Dentrix has recently implemented a continuous release cycle to provide smaller, more customer-focused releases. With focus on these new processes and a faster delivery cycle, we are renaming Dentrix releases. Dentrix version numbers will now refer to the year and release within the year. For example, this release of Dentrix is 22.5. The number 22 represents the year (2022), and the number 5 represents the fifth release within that calendar year. You can always find what version of Dentrix is installed by opening any main module and clicking Help > About Dentrix.
